A2B Cycle Program

Many people in our community want to work and gain independence but face transportation barriers due to the high cost of owning and maintaining a car. The PIVOT A2B Cycle Program helps bridge this gap by providing eligible applicants with a bicycle, helmet, and lock, giving them a reliable way to get to work, the grocery store, medical appointments, and more.

Bicycles offer a low-cost, environmentally friendly, and healthy mode of transportation. They not only support independence but also promote well-being—and they’re fun to ride!

Join us on this journey from point A to B and help make transportation more accessible for everyone in our community.

Individuals needing a bike must be:

  1. recommended or referred

  2. complete an application

  3. volunteer for 2 hours at a partnering organization

  4. must not have any other form of transportation

  5. must be at or below the poverty level

  6. must reside in Blount county
