We stand for Supportive Housing

There is a great need for affordable housing in Blount County as the Fair Market Rent is not conducive to support single individuals. Affordable housing is a major obstacle for single individuals. PIVOT TN will focus on addressing the need for affordable housing, breaking barriers of oppressive systems, and follow through on resource support. 

Rentals $500.00 or less count for only 2% in our community. Unemployment cases are on the rise and many of the jobs available pay at or slightly above minimum wage. PIVOT TN will provide solutions to these challenges by building the foundational relationship with individuals and organizations, bridging connections within cultural and economic differences, and support in the future.
